根据校历，2023年秋季开学时间上课时间为9月11日，签证代办安排通知如下。

一、2023级留学生新生报到：

1.代办时间：

·周日（9月3日）上午8:00至下午4:00；

·周一（9月4日）上午8:00至下午4:00；

·周二（9月5日）上午9:00至下午4:00。

2.代办地点：北京大学新太阳学生中心（根据报到流程按步骤依次进行）。

3.现场服务：签证类型核查、学生签证手续转换、签证面签、咨询答疑等。

4.特别提示：

·1）周二（9月5日）签证代办地点为新太阳学生中心3层329室。

·2）若往届老生留学生同学有涉及到签证/居留证件延期或换发等个别紧急的情况，也请根据个人安排携带好所有材料尽快前往留学生办公室办理相关手续。

二、往届老生本周代办安排：

1.代办时间：

·周三（9月6日）上午9:00-11:30，下午1:00至3:30；

·周四（9月7日）上午9:00-11:30，下午1:00至3:30；

·周五（9月8日）下午1:00至3:30。

2.代办地点：北京大学新太阳学生中心3层329室。

3.现场服务：签证手续申请受理代办、领取已办好签证的护照、咨询答疑等。

三、9月11日至9月15日代办安排

1.服务对象：北京大学在读外国留学生（含2023级留学生新生）。

2.代办时间：9月11日至9月15日每天下午1:00至3:30。

2.代办地点：北京大学新太阳学生中心3层329室。

3.现场服务：签证手续申请受理代办、领取已办好签证的护照、咨询答疑等。

四、后续安排

后续签证代办安排我办将适时提前发布，请同学们关注北京大学国际合作部留学生办公室官方网站“通知提醒”栏目。

五、注意事项

1.代办服务将根据上级相关要求及我校相关政策规定动态响应、调整，后续代办时间若有变更调整将提前发布通知，请及时关注。

2.请计划前往办理的学生务必备齐材料，一次性办结。相关问题请提前做好准备，提高沟通效率。

3.签证/居留许可手续照片要求：纯白底，2寸，近期照片，免冠，露双耳、双眉，不露牙齿，不佩戴眼镜、耳钉、鼻环、项链、头饰，不穿浅色上衣、跨栏吊带背心，照片为相纸冲印，无污渍、划痕、褶皱、边框，不得遮挡面部。

Notice On Visa Agency Arrangements During The Fall Semester Of 2023

According to the school calendar, the fall semester of 2023 will start on September 11^th. During this period, the visa agency service arrangement notice is as follows.

A. Registration for New 2023 Students

1. Agency time:

- Sunday (September 3^rd) from 8:00am to 4pm;

- Monday (September 4^th) from 8:00am to 4pm.

- Tuesday (September 5^th) from 9:00am to 4pm.

2. Agency location: Peking University New Sun Student Centre (Follow the registration process step by step).

3. On-site service: Visa type verification, student visa conversion procedure, visa interview, consultation and Q&A.

4. Important Note: 

- Tuesday (September 5^th) Visa applications will be carried out in room 329, 3^rd floor of the New Sun Student Centre. 

- If you are a returning student with urgent needs such as renewal etc. Please make your way to our office as soon as possible with all the required materials to apply for your visa.

B. For Returning Students

1. Agency time:

- Wednesday (September 6^th) from 9:00am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 3:30pm; ; 

- Thursday (September 7^th) from 9:00am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 3:30pm; 

- Friday (September 8^th) from 1:00pm to 3:30pm. 

2. Agency location: Room 329, 3^rd Floor, New Sun Student Center, Peking University. 

3. On-site service: Visa application acceptance, collection of passports with completed visas, consultation and answering, etc.

4. Important Note: 

- If you have urgent needs such as renewal etc. Please make your way to our office as soon as possible with all the required materials to apply for your visa. 

C. From September 11^th to September 15^th

1. Eligible applicants: New and returning students. 

2. Agency time: Every day from 1:00pm to 3:30pm. 

2. Agency location: Room 329, 3^rd Floor, New Sun Student Center, Peking University. 

3. On-site service: Visa application acceptance, collection of passports with completed visas, consultation and answering, etc. 

D. Later Arrangements

Our office will soon post details regarding further arrangements of visa application on the Peking University International Students Division website, in the “Notice( 通知提醒 )” section. 

E. Precautions

1. The visa agency service will respond and adjust dynamically according to the relevant requirements of relevant department and the relevant policies and regulations of the university. If there is any change or adjustment in working hours, notice will be issued in advance. Please pay attention to it in time.

2. Please prepare and complete all the necessary materials for the affairs you plan to handle at one time. Please prepare your questions in advance for better communication.

3. Photo format required for visa/residence permit: pure white background, 2 inches, recent photos, bareheaded, with ears and eyebrows exposed, no teeth exposed, no glasses, earrings, nose rings, necklaces, headwear, light colored jacket, hurdle suspenders vest, photo should be of paper prints and has no stains, scratches, wrinkles, borders, or covering of the face.
